About

Theresa has 25 years of extensive physiotherapy experience, starting with completing her physiotherapy degree at UBC, and later earning a Manual and Manipulative Therapy Diploma. She has continued her  education by completing various orthopaedic courses  and most recently studying Myofascial Release.

Theresa started her career at the Arthritis Society working with various arthritis conditions, including Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and hip/knee/shoulder joint replacements to name a few. Her work there allowed her to teach pool and dry land exercise classes and learn the importance of getting her patients moving for joint health.

Following the Arthritis Society, she moved to her own private practice in West Vancouver where she expanded her clinical experience to include more varied musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

In the past 6 years, Theresa has chosen to move her focus to In-home physiotherapy in the Langley area which allows her to spend more time with patients. She has seen the amazing benefits which an hour of one to one therapy can make in her patients recovery.
